NEW MARTINSVILLE - Mallory Chapman and Kiera Standiford both registered double-doubles as Magnolia bested Paden City in a mutual season opener.
Chapman had 18 points and seven rebounds, while Standiford had 14 points and 14 rebounds. Chapman also had four blocks.
Jasmine Litton added 10 points for the Blue Eagles.
Myah Charkawi's 17 points and 10 boards paced the Wildcats.
