In regards to "WLU Study Not A Threat." When, in the history of humanity has research on the development of such biological agents not been a threat?
While the WLU press release asserts federal guidelines are being followed to assure the "proper containment" of the bacterium, it ignores the ethical question: In what scenario is it proper to distribute the bacterium? Humanity excels in self-abuse. Perhaps we could market this product in Syria.
