WARNER, Richard Cleo, 72, of Cameron, WV, died Wednesday, December 26, 2012, in Wheeling Hospital, Wheeling.

He was born September 2, 1940, in Buckhannon, WV, the son of the late Amos and Georgia Lanham Warner.

Richard was a retired Security Director for Wheeling Island Casino, Wheeling; a Protestant by faith; and was a U.S. Army veteran.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by a brother, James Warner and a sister, Edna Mae Lantz.

Surviving are his wife, Nancy Warner; a son, Richard D. Warner of Dillionville, OH; two daughters, Cheryl Watkins and her husband, David of Wheeling and Terry Warner of Wheeling; three brothers, Denzel Warner and his wife, Avis of Triadelphia, WV, Eugene Warner of FL and Paul Fransworth of Rayland, OH; seven grandchildren; and four great-grandchildren.

Friends will be received from 9 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. on Saturday, December 29, 2012, at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Wheeling (304-242-2311), with Pastor Margie Carr officiating. Interment in Mt. Calvary Cemetery, Wheeling.
