Robertson Indicted for Alleged Stabbing, Shooting

The Ohio County Grand Jury this week indicted Robert Robertson on four counts of malicious wounding after he allegedly stabbed and shot a man while inside a Washington Avenue apartment last year.

Robertson, 52, of Wheeling, and Cleveland resident Orlando Jackson were engaged in an argument while inside the apartment on Sept. 15 when Robertson allegedly stabbed Jackson in the neck and shot him in the leg. Jackson reportedly jumped from a second story window and landed in front of the building, where a neighbor found him and pulled him inside before police arrived.

Robertson, also known as "KO," has remained in the Northern Regional Jail in Moundsville since turning himself in to police days after the alleged crime. Following his indictment Monday, Robertson's bond was doubled to $1 million.

In addition to Robertson, the grand jury returned indictments Monday against the following individuals:

- Anne Vaughan, 45, of Wheeling, burglary and conspiracy.

- Steven Riley, 34, of Dubois, Pa., second-offense unlawful taking of a vehicle and possession of a stolen vehicle.

- Gina Jerrome, 28, of Wheeling, grand larceny and conspiracy.

- Jacob Christopher, 24, of Wheeling, grand larceny and conspiracy.

- Kasie Morgan, 20, of Columbus, grand larceny, conspiracy and third-offense shoplifting.

- Julian Green, 29, of Bellaire, wanton endangerment.

- Kristen Fox, 25, of Wheeling, burglary.

- Dasere Bryant, 20, of Wheeling, burglary.

- Frederick Higgins, 31, of Wheeling, malicious wounding.

- Melvin Crow, 33, of Glen Easton, entering without breaking.

- Larry McElfresh Jr., 24, of Wheeling, third-offense domestic violence.

- Jeremy Gorayeb, 30, of Wheeling, third-offense domestic battery.

- Christopher Saleone, 33, of Wheeling, robbery.

- Anthony DeCollo II, 29, of Wheeling, distribution of a schedule I narcotic controlled substance, conspiracy to distribute a schedule I narcotic controlled substance and conspiracy to distribute a non-narcotic controlled substance.

- Justin Parsons, 23, of Wheeling, delivery of a schedule II controlled substance and conspiracy to deliver a schedule II controlled substance.

- Louis Biery, 28, of Wheeling, breaking and entering and conspiracy.

These individuals are expected to enter not guilty pleas during docket day proceedings next week in Ohio County Circuit Court. The names of the other individuals indicted will be released upon their arrest by law enforcement.
