SHAFFER, Nancy Huddle, passed away from this life on Wednesday, January 16, 2013.
Friends will be received on Friday, January 18, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Kepner Funeral Home, 900 National Road, Wheeling, 304-232-2732, and Saturday, January 17, from 1 until service at 2 p.m. at Christ United Methodist Church, 1232 National Road, Wheeling, where final arrangements are incomplete.
