ARCHER, Eileen, 81, of York, PA, passed away January 12, 2013.
She was born November 14, 1931 in Wheeling, daughter of the late Edward and Isabel Carroll.
Surviving is a son, Donald Archer and his wife Tina, of York, PA.
A graveside service was held Thursday, January 17, 2013 at Mt View Cemetery in Dallas, WV.
