The Ohio Valley SPCA would like to thank the Syrylo family for their generous contribution in memory of William & Melva.
This contribution along with our Valentine's dinner/oldies dance to be held at Generations in Fulton on Feb. 8 at 5 p.m. will aid in our efforts to raise money for pet oxygen masks for local fire departments.
