SHAEFFER, Sarah V. Harmon, age 97, of Sardis, Ohio, died Wednesday, February 6, 2013, at the New Martinsville Care & Rehab Center, New Martinsville, W.Va.
She was born July 25, 1915, in Sistersville, W.Va., the daughter of the late Lewis M. and Mattie Potts Harmon.
Sarah was a retired sales employee of Timkin Roller Bearing; and a member of the Church of Christ in Duffy, Ohio.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by a sister, Imogene Doty; and a brother, Gilbert "Dib" Harmon.
Survivors include two sisters, Pearl Dolfi of Ridgeville, Ohio and Moynelle Ensinger of Sardis; several nieces and nephews; great-nieces and nephews; and great-great-nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Friday from 4-8 p.m. at Grisell Funeral Home, 125 Clarinda Dr., Clarington, where funeral services will be held on Saturday at 1:00 p.m. with Evangelist David Lively officiating.
Interment in Clarington Cemetery, Clarington, Ohio.
