WHEELING -- The Wheeling Water Department issued a boil order today in response to a waterline break in the Elm Grove area. Affected addresses include: 60-76 Junior Ave.; 18-35 Dorothy Ave.; 52-63 Alberta Ave.; 1 Evelyn Ave.; 142-148 East Bethlehem Blvd.; and 24, 25, and 2511 Laurel Ave.
All water used for drinking, cooking, brushing teeth, etc. should be boiled for one minute and allowed to cool before use. The water department expects to resolve the problem today and will notify residents when the boil order is lifted.
