FAIRMONT - Alyssa Shingle hit four 3-pointers and finished with 14 points and Shelva Burns added 10, but it wasn't as the Weir girls were eliminated by Fairmont Senior, 63-44, in West Virginia Class AA, Region One, Section One semifinal action on Wednesday night.
The Red Riders trailed by only one at halftime but were outscored 34-16 in the second half.
