The Brooke County Sheriff's Department is seeking the driver of a vehicle believed to have passed a vehicle that had left the home of 30-year-old Jason Lee Pratz at about 5:30 p.m. Monday.

Pratz was found dead from a gunshot wound at his Genteel Ridge Home about 1:45 p.m. Tuesday.

Brooke County Sheriff Chuck Jackson is asking for the cooperation of a driver of a vehicle, possibly a green Ford Taurus, that was almost struck by the vehicle leaving Pratz's home as it entered W.Va. 67 from Genteel Ridge Road and turned toward Wellsburg at a high rate of speed.
