WHEELING - The Wheeling Water Department has issued a boil order until further notice for a portion of Elm Grove including the area from 155 Elm Crest drive to the cul-de-sac, as well as all of Crestview Drive.
The area experienced a loss of water pressure, the cause of which is being investigated.
