HOLLIDAY, Ronald Lee, age 63, of Horseshoe Lake, Arkansas, died Saturday, March 16, 2013, in Overland Park, Kansas.
He was born February 21, 1950, in Bellaire, OH, a son of the late William F. Holliday and Ruth I. Stewart Holliday Boston.
He was a retired truck driver and U.S. Air Force Veteran. He was a member of the First Church of God, New Martinsville and the NRA. He loved hunting, horses and ranching.
Survivors include three sons, Ronald "Chip" (Melissa) Holliday of Marion, Arkansas, Dane (Victoria) Holliday of White Marsh, Maryland, Chad (April) Holliday of Manhattan, Kansas; a daughter, Carma (Chris) Fields of Columbus, OH; two brothers, William (Melody) Holliday of Bellaire, OH and Ray Holliday of Cameron, OH; four sisters, Connie (Greg) Gibbons of Fairview, OH, Marilyn (Darrell) Ramsey of Jacobsburg, OH, Christine (Rodney) Schneider of Armstrong Mills, OH, and Tina (Jim) Steele of Fairview, OH; five granddaughters, Juliaona, Gloria and Jordyn Holliday, Emily and Elizabeth Fields; special friend, Betsy Cabral and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Thursday from 4-8 p.m. at the Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory 751 Third St. New Martinsville, WV, where services will be held on Friday at 11 a.m. with Pastor Melissa Shortridge officiating.
Burial will follow in Northview Cemetery, New Martinsville with military graveside services.
