WHEELING - Howard Hanna Select Real Estate located at 2197 National Road in Elm Grove welcomes city resident Harold Blust as a new staff member.

Blust, a life-long resident of the Ohio Valley who currently resides in Wheeling, believes his 30 years of experience as a school administrator and teacher at several Ohio schools will greatly benefit the Howard Hanna agency.

Blust, who purchased a home in the Wheeling area over three years ago from Howard Hanna, said he was very impressed with the professional experience of the staff at the Elm Grove office. As the latest addition to that staff, Blust said he hopes to live up to the professionalism while showcasing both homes and business listings.

"Howard Hanna is right up there with the top real estate companies," said Blust, who said he is looking forward to working out of the Elm Grove office with Broker Margie Lucey.

Blust graduated from Wheeling Central Catholic High School and the former West Liberty State College before obtaining a master's degree from Kent State University.

He is a former naval pilot as well as a flight instructor who is a member of the Wheeling Civil Air Patrol. He served as the principal of the Belmont Career Center for four years, Powhatan Point Elementary for six years, and Coshocton High School for 18 years.
