CHADDOCK, Clara J. "Janie" "NiNi" Barr, 80, of Wheeling, WV, died Thursday, April 4, 2013 at home.

Born in Wheeling WV on December 31, 1932, Janie was the daughter of the late Rolly C. and Marjorie Grant Barr.

She was a retired dispatcher with the City of Wheeling, a very active member of the Dallas Pike Baptist Church, she was a girl scout leader, a member of the CMA - Christian Motorcyclist Association and a life member of the WV Congress of Parents and Teachers. Janie participated in several mission trips organized by the WV Baptist Missions.

In addition to her parents, Janie was preceded in death by her husband, Conrad "Carl" Chaddock in 1996.

She is survived by three daughters, Vicki Harter and her husband Gary, Becki LaFlam and her husband Jim all of Wheeling and Tammi Hickman and her husband Grant of Triadelphia WV; one sister, Barbara Carroll of Elm Grove WV; 10 grandchildren; 13 great-grandchildren; two great-great-granddaughters; her entire church family and many friends.

Friends will be received at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, 154 Kruger Street, Elm Grove, WV on Monday, April 8, 2013 from 2 to 8 p.m.

Friends will then be received at the Dallas Pike Baptist Church on Tuesday, April 9, 2013 from 10 a.m. until the time of the service at 11 a.m. with Rev. Phillip Elliott, Rev. Robert Romick, and Rev. Larry Lewis officiating.

Private interment will take place at Mt. Zion Cemetery in Wheeling. Memorial contributions may be made to Dallas Pike Baptist Church, 4069 Dallas Pike, Triadelphia WV 26059.
