HAINES, Judith Ann, died April 9, 2013, at Liza's Place in Wheeling, WV after a brief illness.

She was born in Morgantown, WV on July 6, 1943, to G. Lyle Haines and Dorothy Buterbaugh Johnson Haines.

She was beloved sister to Joyce Elaine Pegg, Janet C. Capiola (Robert), and Julie L. Haines, all of Morgantown.

Judy was the rock for her family through the years and always had her home open to help whoever needed her. She spent many years caring for her mother as often as she could the last years of her mother's life.

Judy had a love for animals and would take in cats or dogs that needed her. She had many friends in Wheeling that she valued completely.

Judy leaves behind her nieces, Michelle Pegg Bartsch (Leo), and Jennifer Capiola Caldwell (Todd); nephews, Michael, Mark, and Matthew Pegg (Tracy), Jeffrey Field (Amanda), and Robert L. Capiola. She also leaves her step-mother, Betty Light of Morgantown, several grand-nieces and nephews, and her many lifelong friends in Wheeling.

A memorial visitation to celebrate Judy's life will be held Saturday, April 13, 2013, from 3-5 p.m. at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger St., Elm Grove, Wheeling (304-242-2311).
