RULONG, Clarence Paul, 93, of Fork Ridge, Moundsville, died Thursday, August 29, 2013, in Shadyside Care Center.

He was born April 4, 1920, in Moundsville, the son of the late Oren E. and Grace Parks Rulong.

He was a retired electrical engineer from WLWC television station in Columbus, Ohio; a Universalist by faith; a graduate of Cameron High School; and attended West Virginia University.

In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by an aunt Erma Rulong Hart; cousins Kathleen Parks Trimbly, Dale Parks, and Charles H. Trimbly.

Survivors include cousins Naomi (Henry) Parks Hupp of Wheeling and Belma Jean Parks of Moundsville; special friends Bill and Linda Satndiford, Dave Shriner, Nelson and Maxine Fletcher all of Moundsville.

Family will receive friends Friday from 4-8 p.m. and Saturday from 10 a.m. until the time of service at 11 a.m. at Grisell Funeral Home and Crematory, 400 Jefferson Ave., Moundsville, with Pastor Wesley Howsare officiating.

Interment in Fork Ridge Universalist Church Cemetery, Fork Ridge.
