COCHRAN, Lottie G., 79, of Clarington, OH, died Tuesday, January 14, 2014, at OVMC, Wheeling, WV.

She was born August 16, 1934 in Minnie, WV, the daughter of the late Ross and Estella Harter Thomas.

Lottie was a member of Bridge Street Church of Christ and T.O.P.S., both in New Martinsville.

In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Lloyd Cochran; three brothers, Ross Thomas, Jr., Carl and Melvin Thomas.

Survivors include a son, Arnold (Debhra) Cochran; two daughters, Patty (John) Barcus and Idell (Roy) Akers, all of New Martinsville; three sisters, Beulah Pittman of Reader, WV, Florence (Anthony) Blatt of Moundsville, WV, and Faye Stillwagoner of New Martinsville; six grandchildren, Heather (Patrick) Norton, Stacy Barcus, Nick Cochran, Amanda Cochran, Tyler and Will Akers; Great Nana to Alex and Jacob Norton; sister-in-law, Iris Thomas of New Martinsville; and many beloved nieces, nephews and friends.

Family will receive friends on Friday from 3-9 p.m. and also on Saturday from 11 a.m. until time of funeral service at 1 p.m. at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 751 Third Street, New Martinsville, with Evangelist Paola DiLuca officiating.

Interment in Paden Memorial Gardens, New Martinsville.
