Credit Card Fraud
At 1:25 p.m. Tuesday, police investigated a possible credit fraud at a North Wheeling business.
At 3:45 p.m,. Tuesday, police took a walk-in report at headquarters regarding an alleged identity theft.
At 11:42 p.m. Tuesday, police investigated an alleged theft at a Washington Avenue business.
At 9:38 p.m. Monday, went to a Chapline Street business regarding an alleged shoplifting.
MOUNDSVILLE POLICE DEPARTMENT
At 10:20 p.m. Tuesday, officers went to 324 Jefferson Ave. for a suspected drug deal.
At 11:12 p.m. Tuesday, officers were dispatched to 1528 Fourth St. after a woman reported her house was egged.
OHIO STATE HIGHWAY PATROL
On Tuesday, troopers arrested Joseph J. Renshaw, 27, of 210 Coyle Lane, Wheeling, for DUI, speed, seat belt violation, drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana. Bond was set at $5,505.
On Tuesday, troopers arrested Randy O. Ruttencutter, 23, of 346 Ross Ave, Bellaire, for failure to appear and drug paraphernalia.
On Tuesday, troopers arrested Russell R. Crumbley, 26 of 109 W. 40th St., Shadyside, for failure to appear.

On Tuesday, police arrested William D. Cline, 39, of 624 Wiley Ave., Barnesville, for domestic violence.
On Tuesday, police arrested Darrien J. Greenlee, 20, of 41940 W, Captina Highway, Bethesda, for domestic violence.
BELMONT COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
On Tuesday, deputies arrested Charles W. Terrell, 38, of Roscoe, Pa., for domestic violence.
On Wednesday, deputies arrested Jason L. Griffin, 31, of Boosier City, La., for DUI. Bond of $1,000 was posted.
On Tuesday, deputies arrested Mercedes D. Meyers, 23, of Quaker City, for failure to appear and contempt.
At 5:18 p.m. Tuesday, deputies went to Rock Hill Road, Flushing Township, for an assault complaint.
At 10:05 a.m. Tuesday, deputies called to Cline Road in Smith Township, where a car stolen out of Bellaire was recovered.
At 5:27 p.m. Tuesday, a resident on National Road, Pease Township, reported the theft of games from residence.
