At 3:20 p.m. Monday, police went to a 14th Street address in East Wheeling to investigate a domestic incident.
At 7:36 p.m. Monday, police investigated a stolen bicycle report on Sycamore Avenue.

At 8:45 a.m. Monday, police cited Raymond R. Mylnek, 62, of 67256 Willow Grove Road, St. Clairsville, for failure to yield following an accident on U.S. 40 in Richland Township. According to the report, Chad L. Fisher, 23, of 37592 Flat Rock Road, Barnesville, was driving eastbound on U.S. 40 when Mylnek pulled out from a private drive in front of Fisher's vehicle. Mylnek was driving a 2011 Ford Econoline registered to the Belmont County Commissioners.
On Monday, deputies arrested Michael P. Apostolec, 27, of 70782 Main St., Barton, failure to appear.
On Monday, deputies arrested Robin E. Appleby, 40, of 6903 County Road, Adena, convey prohibitive items to a detention facility. Bond was set at $20,000.
On Monday, deputies arrested Robert H. Haney, 37, of 64624 Bellaire-Neffs Road, Bellaire, criminal trespassing and domestic violence.
At midnight Monday, a deputy responded to Rock Mount Road, Bellaire, where person reported that person came to residence and stole a check. The person was driving a grey Chevrolet truck.
At 1:05 p.m. Monday, a deputy went to New Cut Road, Shadyside, for an illegal burn. According to the report, fire department did not want charges filed and will do their own report.
At 9:10 p.m. Sunday, a woman called to report being lost in a field and having no idea where she was. The caller said her car broke down, and she started walking, then it got dark. Her cellphone was nearly out of power, she said, and the cellphone company was unable to ping the phone to determine her location. A deputy located her at around 9:41 p.m. Her car was found along Jockey Hollow Road.
At 7:49 p.m. Sunday, individuals called for assistance after going "mudding" on their property and getting stuck off Old Scotty's Road/Clearwater.
At 3:03 a.m. Sunday, a caller reported two male subjects walking around Walmart with firearms at their side. A deputy was dispatched and advised them to keep the weapon concealed.
At 2:07 a.m. Sunday, units were called to the Pub on East Main Street in Barnesville to assist Barnesville Police with a report of a fight in front of the location.
On Monday, officers arrested Kody S. Detling, 21, of 110 N. Arch St., Barnesville, for two counts of failure to appear and receiving stolen property.
