Chester W. Lemasters, 85, of Indiana, PA, formerly of Moundsville, WV, died Monday, May 19, 2014, in Indiana Regional Medical Center.
He was born April 11, 1929, in Moundsville, the son of the late George F. and Virginia S. Lavenski Lemasters.
He was a U.S. Air Force veteran; a retired employee from Bayer Corp.; a member of Calvary United Methodist Church; and Little Prince Lodge #79, Knights of Pythias.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his wife, Billie Lemasters; a sister, Dorothy Koch; and an infant sister, Lillian.
Survivors include two sons, Michael (Karen) Lemasters of Indiana, PA, and Gregg (Anita) Lemasters of Stonewood, WV; a brother, Wayne (Joan) Lemasters of Moundsville; three grandchildren; four great-grandchildren; and several nieces and nephews.
Family will receive friends on Thursday from 5-8 p.m. and Friday from 10 a.m. until time of Funeral Service at 11 a.m. at Grisell Funeral Home & Crematory, 400 Jefferson Avenue, Moundsville, with Pastor Greg Blair officiating.
Private interment will be held at the convenience of the family in Greenlawn Cemetery, Moundsville.
