On Monday, police investigated an alleged threats call at a First address.
At 8:26 a.m. Monday, officers responded to 300 Mulberry Ave. for a report of vandalism.
At 2:52 p.m. Monday, officers arrested two juvenile females for shoplifting from a Lafayette Avenue business.
At 5:29 p.m. Monday, officers cited Melinda Frazier, 29, no address given, for shoplifting from Wal-Mart.
At 7:16 a.m. Tuesday, officers responded to a Third Street business regarding a breaking and entering.
At 4:08 a.m. Saturday, officers responded to a fight in progress at 407 Lafayette Ave.
At 5:38 p.m. Saturday, officers were dispatched to 300 Mulberry Ave. to a vandalism.
At 8:31 p.m. Saturday, officers responded to 1007 Sixth St. to a theft.
At 4:02 a.m. Sunday, officers took a report of a battery at 1006 Fourth St.
MARSHALL COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
At 10:30 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to 37 Woodland Knolls, Moundsville to a domestic fight.
At 3:14 p.m. Sunday, deputies responded to Eagle Hollow Apartments to a report of a theft.
BELMONT COUNTY SHERIFF'S DEPARTMENT
On Monday, a resident of Main Street in Colerain Township reported an act of vandalism. Someone had pulled down a fence on the property.
At 11:59 a.m. Monday, Verizon called the sheriff's office for a female who dropped her cellphone in a portable toilet at Jamboree In The Hills.
At 10:12 a.m. Monday, a person at a business reported extensive damage was done to one of their portable toilets at Jamboree In The Hills.
At 12:43 a.m. Monday, a resident on Main Street in Barton reported someone broke the back door to their house. They were reportedly unsure if the intruder or intruders were still in the house. St. Clairsville Police also responded.
On Monday, David P. Everly, 20, of 1541 Hukill St., Brilliant, was arrested for driving while suspended for DUI. No bond was set.
On Monday, Alyssa N. McGhee, 28, address not listed, was arrested for trafficking in drugs and possession of drugs. No bond was set.
On Monday, Deshaun D. Mims, 32, of 632 Columbus Ave., Martins Ferry, was arrested for failure to appear. No bond was set.
At 10:49 p.m. Sunday, a person at Lansing Gardens reported two young men were shooting BB guns at the apartments. Deputies responded. One youth was taken to Sargus and one to the Belmont County Jail.
At 9:58 p.m. Sunday, a resident on Cherry Street, Powhatan Point, reported a burglary. The caller saw a person who broke into a garage.
BELLAIRE POLICE DEPARTMENT
On Monday, Carolyn S. Hugus, 24, of 3473 Monroe St., Bellaire, was arrested for domestic violence.
On Monday, Jessica M. Robinson, 22, of 3870 Grandview Ave., Shadyside, was arrested for failure to appear. No bond was set.
MARTINS FERRY POLICE
On Monday, Chandler J. Armstrong, 20, of 56143 Colerain Pike, Martins Ferry, was arrested for prohibitions and domestic violence. Bond of $250 was set on the prohibitions charge.
On Monday, Dakota D. Hines, 23, of 501 Clinton St., Martins Ferry, was arrested for domestic violence.
On Monday, Paul A. Herring, 29, of 6384 County Road 1, Rayland, was arrested on two counts of possession of drugs and two counts of failure to appear.
On Monday, Skylar J. Jeter, 18, of 3403 Franklin St., Bellaire, failure to appear. No bond was set.
SHADYSIDE POLICE DEPARTMENT
On Tuesday, Justin P. Wallace, 34, of 56957 Windy Hill Road, Bellaire, was arrested for failure to appear. No bond was set.
