Failure To Appear
At 12:44 a.m. Monday, police arrested Billy Rae Dean, 29, of Wheeling, on a warrant for failure to appear on a possession of a controlled substance charge.
At 6:03 p.m. Monday, police investigated a petit larceny report at a residence on Lava Avenue.
At 9:14 p.m. Sunday, police arrested Dashawn Artie Bell, no age or address listed, for possession with intent to deliver a controlled substance.

On Monday, troopers arrested Derek M. Bates, 29, of Shadyside, for failure to appear. Bond of $210 was posted.
On Monday, deputies arrested Anthony J. O'Neal, 23, of Lewisville, Ohio, for driving under the influence.
On Monday, deputies arrested Nickolas P. Hoops, 18, of Flushing, for aggravated trespassing.
On Monday, deputies arrested Dillon T. Burnett, 21, of Powhatan Point, for driving under suspension. Bond of $1,000 was posted.
On Monday, deputies arrested Eric P Sanchez, 21, of Cadiz, driving under the influence.
On Monday, deputies arrested M. David S. McCord, 36, of Bethesda, for trafficking in drugs and failure to control. Bond set at $12,500.,
On Monday, deputies arrested Melinda S. Triplett, 26 of Wellsburg, for theft. Bond set at $1,000.
On Monday, deputies arrested Morgan A. Birbeck, 33, of East Liverpool, for failure to appear. Bond set at $1,000.
On Monday, deputies arrested Tyler M. Day, 23, of Bridgeport, for a probation violation.
On Tuesday, deputies arrested Daniel P. Wheeler, 24, of Yorkville, on four counts of failure to appear and robbery.
At 4:19 p.m. Monday, a resident on Robinson Hollow Road, Colerain Township, reported illegal dumping.
At 10:43 a.m. Monday, a man and woman from Coen Road, Jacobsburg, reported illegal drug activity in an unspecified area. A deputy accompanied them to the location where he discovered drug paraphernalia alongside the road.
At 9:18 a.m. Monday, a person reported that a building of Columbia Gas Transmission in Bethesda was hit.
At 3:10 a.m. Monday, a deputy stopped a vehicle on Mall Road entrance to Ohio Valley Plaza. When a male exited the vehicle there was a strong odor of marijuana. Confiscated from the vehicle was a small amount of marijuana, pipe and grinder.
On Monday, police arrested Tina R. Pizzola, 28, of 175 E. Main St., St. Clairsville, for persistent disorderly conduct. Bond was set at $250.
