RICHMOND – Oak Glen was three points away from defeat when the improbable happened.

Trailing Edison, 2-0 and 22-18 in the third game, the Golden Bears ran off seven straight points and three straight game victories to rally to beat the Wildcats.

Morgan Poling produced nine points, 14 spikes, six kills, six blocks, Vanessa Hissam scored four points to go along with 12 spikes, seven kills, three blocks and eight digs and Jessica Stivason netted 13 points, five aces, 11 spikes, six kills, nine blocks and four digs.

Also, Carissa Williams collected 12 points, three aces, 66 sets and19 assists, Emmy Delekta delivered 12 points, six aces, nine sets and two assists and Kenzie Rosenlieb tallied, 39 sets and eight assists.

Edison got a solid performance from Cassidy Jarvis, who had12 points, five aces, 15 kills and 2 blocks.

Katelyn Pollock had 11 points, 12 kills and eight digs and Caitlin Brenstuhl had 14 points, five blocks, five digs and four kills.
