MOUNDSVILLE–Moundsville Post 3 rallied for a 4-3 victory over visiting Weirton on Tuesday at Valley Fork.

As Moundsville trailed 3-1 in the fourth, Brett Donohew gave post 3 the boost it needed with a 3-run home run to complete the comeback.

Shane Dobbs also delivered a RBI in the first inning for Post 3.

On the hill, Jacob Mason tossed five shutout innings in relief to earn the win, while striking out two.

Defensively, Moundsville was sparked by shortstop Trin Scott and left fielder Jacob Varner, who each made sensational plays to help keep Weirton off the scoreboard.

All three Weirton runs came in the first on a pair of errors.
