Romanek to Golf at Davis & Elkins

Wheeling Park’s Dorothy Romanek signed to continue her academic and golf careers at Davis & Elkins on a golf scholarship. Romanek earned second place in the girls’ state golf championship this year with a score of 77. The two-year letterwinner was also an all-tournament member in the TRAC Golf Championship and a member of the All-Valley team. Her 4.5 GPA earned her a spot in the National Honors Society. Romanek will major in exercise science with pre-physical therapy track and minor in spanish. Romanek is flanked by her mother Michelle and father David.
