Miltons Mark 60 Years
Lester R. and Beverly J. Milton of St. Clairsville celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary Thursday, June 4.
They were united in marriage June 4, 1955 at Lincoln Avenue Methodist Episcopal Church in Shadyside, with the Rev. A.W. Almgren officiating.
Lester Milton is retired from a 30-year career in the U.S. Navy and Bell Telephone Laboratories in Columbus.
Beverly Milton is retired from the banking/savings and loan business.
They are the parents of three children. The family includes Sheryl (Curt) Clark of Martins Ferry, Mark (Deborah) of California, Md. and Jeff (Wilma) of Billings, Mont. They have four grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.
A trip is planned for early fall.
