Dennis “Denny” and Linda “Lin” Snyder of Wheeling will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary on Wednesday, June 10.

They were united in marriage on June 10, 1965 at St. Michael Catholic Church, Wheeling.

Denny Snyder is the son of Rosemary Gaus Snyder and the late Leo Snyder.

Lin Snyder is the daughter of the late Adeline Maruca Leffe and Rocco Leffe.

They both graduated from Wheeling Central Catholic High School. He also graduated from West Liberty State College, and she is a Wheeling Jesuit College graduate.

They are the parents of a son, John (Cheryl) of Scott Depot, W.Va. and a daughter, Denise (Karl) Radaker of Wheeling. They have five grandchildren.

A dinner in their honor was held on Friday, June 5, at The Farm Restaurant in Adena.
