Couple Celebrates 50th
Russel and Patty Travis are celebrating their 50th wedding anniversary Nov. 20.
They were united in marriage Nov. 20, 1971 at Blessed Trinity Catholic church by the Rev. Cesidio Federico.
Patty is the former Patty Stevens. She is a retired dental hygienist.
Russell is a retired bus driver for OVRTA. They are the parents of two daughters: Tricia Lohsl and Gena Spurlock. The family includes four granddaughters, Shelly, Kaitlyn, Briana and Sophia; two grandsons, Daniel and Travis; a great-granddaughter, Journee; and great-grandsons, Eli, Mason and Camron.
