Saints Center Sets Concert

Local community center Saints, located at 3806 Jacob St., Wheeling, is offering a special evening of live musical entertainment at 8 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 13.

Four popular regional bands will appear, including one of Pittsburgh’s premier jam bands, Head East and Forgive. Other scheduled performers are the bands Hello Mingo, Don’s Barbershop and local favorite, the Muddle.

The concert is open to all ages and to everyone in the community. Donations at door benefit All Saints Org.?

Beer and wine will be available to those who are age 21 or older.

Saints has previously hosted similar events, including “The Dead of Winter” weekend of concerts.

“I feel fortunate to present these outstanding artists,” Saints President and CEO Jeffrey Burton said. “They know the value of having a good alternative music venue like the one Saints provides, and they are supporting of mission to develop the interests and talents of young people enthusiastic about pursuing careers in music and entertainment.”

Saints is located in the former Third Presbyterian Church in South Wheeling.
