Rosalind & The Way to Perform Saturday in Barnesville

Rosalind & The Way

BARNESVILLE — This weekend, Skyflight Productions presents an evening with Rosalind & The Way on Saturday, April 20, at The Albert S. George Youth Center at Barnesville Memorial Park in Barnesville.

Rosalind and the Way is an Americana Indie Rock band fronted by Fort Wayne singer-songwriter Cassie Beer.

Stepping away from many years in church music after losing herself, Cassie was looking for a way to tell her story and to find her own way.

The songs tell stories of making peace with the difficulties of life, coming back to and reconciling with one’s roots, and learning to love stronger with each new season.

In January 2018, Rosalind & The Way became the first band signed to Marble Lounge Records at the University of Saint Francis.

Having recently played the main stage at Middle Waves Music Festival, The B-Side with Anthony D’Amato and Michaela Anne, Two-EE’s Winery, the Embassy Theatre and Fort Wayne’s Rock the Plaza, Rosalind & The Way is currently touring the United States.

Doors will open at 7:30 p.m., and show will begin at 8 p.m.
