Percussion Ensemble To Perform At C.A. House
WHEELING — The Wheeling Symphony Orchestra announced the next WSO on the GO concert, featuring Wheeling Symphony’s percussion ensemble. The performance will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 29, at C.A. House Music in St. Clairsville. The concert is free and open to the public.
Join in a fun-filled family WSO on the GO at C.A. House Performance Stage in St. Clairsville. Enjoy a performance from WSO’s percussion ensemble with additional kids’ activities, costume contest and snacks provided in partnership with C.A. House Music.
The WSO on the GO ensemble features musicians Andrew Ferdig, Daniel Zawodniak, Michael Culligan and is led by WSO musician, Eliseo Rael.
Rael has forged a dynamic career of creative collaboration as a chamber musician, soloist and teacher.
His marimba playing has been described as “beautiful” by the Pittsburgh Tribune Review, and he has been lauded as “talented” by the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette.
In addition to his work as a chamber musician, he has also performed with many orchestras including the Pittsburgh Symphony Orchestra, The West Virginia Symphony and UBS Verbier Festival Orchestra in Switzerland.
“If you haven’t seen our percussion ensemble, now is the time to take the family out to C.A. House Music and see this incredible group of musicians,” said Bryan Braunlich, general manager of the WSO.
“We are so thankful to our friends at the C.A. House Music for hosting our percussion ensemble for this event and for welcoming us to play on their stage. It is sure to be a great night of music and entertainment that everyone will enjoy,” Braunlich added
Because of the generous support of sponsors and donors including title sponsor McKinley Carter Wealth Services, all WSO on the GO concerts will be free to the public to entice and encourage new audiences to become long-time supporters.
