Chrisagis Brothers Welcome Scott Wesley Brown
WHEELING — One of Christian music’s most beloved legends and pioneers, Scott Wesley Brown, has joined local legends The Chrisagis Brothers for two days of faith, celebration and music this week in the Ohio Valley.
Brown is known as one of music’s most talented anointed songwriters of all time with 27 major records and 12 Billboard No. 1 hit songs. He has traveled to more than 50 countries and has been a pastor, missionary, worship leader and teacher, and is a great ambassador of the kingdom of God. He was voted by CCM as one of the top 100 Christian artists in history. Some say he is the John Denver of Christian music with his laid-back style and tender, heart-touching lyrics.
Brown sang and ministered at the National Day of Prayer on Thursday at Independence Hall in Wheeling, joining the Chrisagis Brothers and other featured guests.
Today, Friday, May 7, Brown and The Chrisagis Brothers will do a full concert together open to all, with free admission at 7 p.m. at Faith Fellowship Church in Bellaire, with Pastor Bill Marenalli presiding. The night will be a night of great music, ministry, inspiration and some new original songs from The Chrisagis Brothers that are just being released on their latest CD called “Let Heaven Overflow” that will be out in early June produced by award-winning Jamie Peck.
This will be the first of the great concerts to come in the valley since COVID-19 for Christians to enjoy.
