Movie Night Set at Moundsville Library Monday

MOUNDSVILLE — There will be another free film showing on Monday, Aug. 8, at the Moundsville-Marshall County Public Library.

The start time will be 6 p.m. The library’s Random Monday Movies will generally be recently released critically acclaimed feature films aimed at adult audiences, plus some family-fare movies. They will take place in the downstairs meeting room.

Details about the movies are available from a handout that can be picked up at the library or learned by phoning the library or checking the library website.

Space will be limited. While pre-registration is not required, it is recommended because walk-ins will be turned away if we have reached room capacity.

The film for Aug. 8 will be “Blinded By the Light,” a comedy-drama highlighting the music of Bruce Springsteen and inspired by the life of journalist Sarfraz Manzoor.

Call 304-845-6911 for more information or to reserve a seat.

The Moundsville Library is located at the corner of Fifth Street and Tomlinson Avenue.
