SHERIFF'S OFFICE

At 8:40 p.m. Tuesday, a sergeant responded to Willow Grove Road, Bellaire, for a report of a male dressed in all black walking along the side of the road with a whiskey bottle. The male, whose name was not listed in the incident report, was taken into custody and taken to jail.

At 8:02 p.m. Tuesday, units responded to Fox Run, Traco Drive, St. Clairsville, for a report of a 12-year-old male who assaulted several clients and staff members in the last couple of hours. One male was taken to the Sargus Juvenile Detention Center on an assault charge, the report stated.

At 7:46 p.m. Tuesday, units responded to Country Club Road, St. Clairsville, for a welfare check on a neighbor whose vehicle had been running in the driveway with the lights on for hours.
