At 3:52 p.m. Thursday, a caller from Center Street, Colerain, requested to speak with a deputy about suspicious activity at her house.

At 3:23 p.m. Thursday, a deputy responded to AMC Classic Ohio Valley Mall 11 in St. Clairsville for a report of a suspicious male in a black Chevy Silverado with Ohio plates. The male reportedly was video taping something. The deputy arrived and checked the area, but did not located the male.

At 2:15 p.m. Thursday, officers responded to Anytime Fitness, Valley Plaza Drive, St. Clairsville, for a report of a male in the parking lot slumped over the wheel of a silver station wagon. Officers arrived and advised the male was sleeping.

At 11:18 a.m. Thursday, a caller from Ebbert South Road, St. Clairsville, reported a trailer and welder stolen from the property. Officers arrived to take information, advising the trailer was stolen more than a year ago.

At 11:57 p.m. Wednesday, officers responded to an address on Fulston Hill Road, Bellaire, for a welfare check after a caller reported hearing yelling while on a phone conversation with someone at the address.

At 10:48 a.m. Wednesday, a caller from Johnson Avenue, Bridgepot, reported finding an old gun laying on the creek bank. He left it there, and wished to take officers to the location. Deputies arrived and confiscated the weapon, which appeared to have been in the creek for some time, according to the report.

At 9:58 a.m. Wednesday, a complainant from Washington Boulevard, Martins Ferry, reported someone entered her vehicle overnight and stole $85 in change and $1,500 from the glove compartment.

According to the report, the complainant stated she was positive she locked her vehicle the previous night, but could not see where or how force entry was made.

At 8:35 a.m. Wednesday, a complainant from Ferryview Road, Martins Ferry, reported someone entered unlocked vehicles outside the residence overnight. Some money and Percocets were taken from one of the vehicles, according to the report.

At 7:57 a.m. Wednesday, a complainant from Vernon Road, Martins Ferry, reported her unlocked vehicle was entered overnight. It appeared nothing was taken.

At 2:16 a.m. Wednesday, a deputy responded to Pilot Travel Center, Belmont-Morristown Road, Morristown, for a report of threats or harassment.
