WHEELING – More than a hundred people turned out for the annual Stifel Holiday Tea Tuesday afternoon at the historic Stifel Mansion, home to Oglebay Institute’s Fine Arts Center on National Road in Wheeling. In addition to tea sandwiches, cookies and hot tea, guests had the opportunity to browse and shop at the Holiday Art Show and view Oglebay Institute’s Festival of Trees. The decades old tradition was free and open to the public.
