Pa. Man Accused Of Robbing Elm Grove Bank in 2018
WHEELING — A Pennsylvania man was indicted this week on federal charges accusing him of robbing an Elm Grove bank in 2018, U.S. Attorney Bill Powell announced Thursday.
Frank L. Morrison, 54, of Braddock Hills, was indicted on one count of bank robbery after investigators said he robbed the United Bank in the Elm Grove section of Wheeling on Sept. 4, 2018. Morrison is accused of taking $4,221 from the bank.
Morrison faces up to 20 years in prison and a fine of up to $250,000. Assistant U.S. Attorney Robert H. McWilliams, Jr. is prosecuting the case, and the FBI led the investigation.
