The Circus Saints and Sinners recently presented a check for $20,000 to Crime Stoppers Upper Ohio Valley, a program of Information Helpline. The funds were raised from the club’s annual reverse raffle which was sponsored by Panhandle Cleaning and Restoration and the Mountaineer Brewfest. Crime Stoppers Upper Ohio Valley is a community program that allows citizens to provide anonymous information about criminal activity to help keep their neighborhoods and cities safe. Cash rewards are paid for confidential tips that lead to a successful arrest or help solve a case. To submit a tip, call 877-TIPS4US. (Photo Provided)
