Volunteers from the community decorated all of the festive items for sale. Contributors included Oglebay Resort, Panhandle Cleaning and Restoration, WTRF-TV 7, R.S.Q.P. Printing, The Intelligencer and Wheeling News-Register, Lowe’s, Lamar Advertising, the Ohio County Commission, Jim Mills, Disone & Stohl LLP, Steve Novotney, Rocky Fitzsimmons and Butch Maxwell.
