‘Handmade Holiday: Spring Market’ Coming To Wheeling Artisan Center

WHEELING — “Handmade Holiday: Spring Market,” the annual spring craft show sponsored by Wheeling Heritage, is set to bloom next month at the Wheeling Artisan Center.

The one-day event is set to happen from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. on April 26, and more than 40 crafters are set to participate. The event features an array of vendors specializing in fine art, jewelry, home decor, specialty foods, and more.

“I’m really excited to see our community come out and support these talented local artisans,” said Riley Carpenter, director of programming at Wheeling Heritage. “Handmade Holiday: Spring Market is not just about shopping. It’s about connecting with the creative spirit that makes Wheeling so special.

“It’s a wonderful opportunity to celebrate the talent and passion of our makers while fostering a sense of community that continues to grow and thrive here in Wheeling,” Carpenter added.

Participating in Handmade Holiday over the last two years has been a great opportunity to connect with our community, artists, and makers throughout the area, added Laura Oswalt of Tacet Coffee Cart.

“We love providing excellent service and craft coffee drinks while you shop and explore a wide variety of curated gifts,” Oswalt said. “There is always something for everyone. I can’t help but leave each time with a little something.”
