Robert Reed, 75, of Bridgeport rears back to unleash a throw in the hammer throw event that took place as part of the “Shamrock Showdown” and The Highlands Games competition Saturday at Oglebay Park. Reed has competed three times in the games, and was the oldest competitor on Saturday. In addition to the games, other happenings included Irish lawn bowling, food, beer and live music.
