Despite the sweltering weather, hundreds came out to Heritage Port Saturday afternoon to test out a number of different chilis in the 25th annual Wheeling Feeling Chili Cook-Off. The event was presented by the city of Wheeling, the Wheeling Convention and Visitors Bureau and the United Way of the Upper Ohio Valley. Proceeds benefit the United Way. (Photo by Niamh Coomey)
