Weirton Steel 25-Year-Club Plans Picnic
Supported by a generous contribution from First Choice America Credit Union, the Weirton Steel 25-Year Club will stage its annual summer picnic on July 12 at the Serbian Picnic Grounds in Weirton. The 25-Year club has been in existence for over 75 years. This year’s picnic is not only for the employees and retirees of the former Weirton Steel Corporation/Arcelor Mittal plant with 25 years of service but also for active employees at Cleveland Cliffs. Pictured from left, seated are members of the 25-Year Club: Ernie Nicholas Jr., Kathy Bailey, Brenda Ice, Alan Carroll, Dan Kelly, and David Dulaney.
