Creek water spills over a low-lying bridge off of National Road in Valley Grove on Tuesday. Rain had residents on edge again as they continued to recover from devastating flash floods. The Bethany Volunteer Fire Department reported flooding along Castlemans Run on Tuesday in both Brooke and Ohio counties after heavy rain fell there in a one-hour period.
