John Marshall Thespians To Perform Comedy Play ‘The Boardinghouse’

The Monarch Company of John Marshall High School invites the community to enjoy an evening of laughter and heartwarming entertainment with its fall production of The Boardinghouse by Vern Harden.

Performances will take place on Friday, Nov. 14, and Saturday, Nov. 15, at 7 p.m., with a matinee on Sunday, Nov. 16, at 2 p.m., in the John Marshall High School Center for Performing Arts.

The Boardinghouse is a fast-paced comedy filled with quirky tenants, unexpected visitors, and a landlady just trying to keep her sanity. As the story unfolds, audiences will be treated to clever dialogue, hilarious misunderstandings, and a cast of unforgettable characters who prove that life under one roof is never dull.

Cast members include Chloe Pickett, Cheyenne Harvey, Mason Boyette, Ella Games, Abby Rowe, Zakk Wells, Mariah Henderson, JJ Brown, Peyton Brown and Adah Wood. Crew members are AJ Pintus, Chevy Large, Aailyah Thomas, Peyton Keller and AJ Tucker.

Tickets, available at the door, are $10 for adults and $5 for students. Marshall County Activity passes will be accepted.
