MOUNDSVILLE — The Marshall County Chamber of Commerce recently presented a $4,500 check to the Marshall County Family Resource Network.
This donation comes from the sale of the FRN’s decorated Christmas tree and a portion of the proceeds from the annual Marshall County Chamber Tree Gala. Each year, the Chamber Tree Gala Committee selects a local charity to benefit from the event, and this year, the FRN was chosen.
The 2025 Tree Gala, held at Grand Vue Park, was a tremendous success, officials said The event featured 15 trees auctioned in a live auction with auctioneer Jim Behm, along with seven wreaths and 12 Christmas centerpieces in a silent auction. Attendees enjoyed a festive atmosphere while supporting the Marshall County Chamber and charity.
“Thank you to everyone who attended, to our sponsors, decorators, and all the generous bidders who made this event possible,” said Scott Reager, executive director of the Marshall County Chamber of Commerce.
