The Carmichael Signs Co., of Glen Dale, on Tuesday polishes the Mingo Indian statue and replaces a defective spotlight that highlights statue from dusk to dawn. The historic statue, located at the top of Wheeling Hill, was presented to the city in 1928 by the Wheeling Kiwanis Club.
