Former State Sen. Mike Maroney Arrested On Charge Of Violating Bond Agreement

Former State Sen. Dr. Michael Maroney is in jail for violating his bond agreement that states he must attend and show proof of attending rehab due to a DUI charge.
The Marshall County Sheriff’s Department arrested Maroney on Tuesday morning and he is being held in Northern Regional Jail. According to Magistrate Zachary Allman’s office, Maroney will now remain jailed until his bond revocation hearing in April.
Maroney was previously charged with indecent exposure, disorderly conduct and driving under the influence.
