Ora Lee Hall

She was born August 26, 1930, in Wheeling, a daughter of the late Stewart and Ora Lee (Short) Dick.

Ora had been an apartment manager in Dearborn, Michigan, and was a member of the Harvest Baptist Church, Moundsville.

In addition to her parents, Ora was preceded in death by her first husband, Charles Stern in 1976, her second husband, James Hall in 2000; sons David Wayne Stern, Larry Hall; daughter Lyla Humphrey; sisters Mary Margaret White and Lilian Dick; brothers Tom and William Dick; and grandson, Randy Toler.

Ora is survived by four children: Daniel Stern and his wife, Karen of Moundsville, Gerald Jerry Stern and his wife, Joyce of Freeville, NY, Mona Toler of Sebring, FL, and Jimmy Hall and his wife, Joyce of Phoenix, AR; sister-in-law, Nellie Yoho; eight grandchildren, Dustin Stern, Dylan Stern, Tasha (Mike) Mason, Jade (Michael) Bass, Diana (Danny) McPhail, Todd Toler, Lane Lanchester, Shawn (Bonnie) Lanchester; numerous great-grandchildren; and four nieces, Mary Lee May, Carol Ann Howard, Donna Lucas and Jane Phillips.

Friends will be received on Thursday, August 22, 2019, from 2-4 and 6-8 p.m. at the Altmeyer Funeral Home, Lutes and Kirby Vance Chapel, 118 Grant Ave., Moundsville, WV, where services will be held on Friday, August 23, 2019, at 10 a.m. with Pastor Larry Jenkins officiating. Interment will follow in Greenwood Cemetery.
